Mission Statement
To empower the youth and young adults of our community by providing mentorship, career pathways and networking tools.

Values
Our movement is to encourage equity, diversity, inclusion, respect, integrity, accountability and community involvement.

Our Vision
Our vision is to create pathways to community youth and young adults ages 13-26, from high school to community leadership roles. We value our youth tremendously and want to help in guiding them to being productive members of society.

Our mission is to provide networking, education, mentorship and training opportunities to the targeted demographics by way of connecting the youth to city, county, and government level leaders. As well as local business owners and Washington State corporations such as Starbucks, Boeing, Microsoft, etc.

Many youth of our community do not have the monetary means to attend a 2-year or 4-year college so this organization will help provide the connections with executive leadership within the workforce of Washington State.
United Youth Movement does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, national origin (ancestry), disability, marital status, in any of its activities or operations.
